Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is looking for a Supplier Site Lead to coordinate customer supply chain operations. This role includes overseeing transportation plans, managing shipment data, and supporting customer relationships to enhance supply chain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in the supply chain or transportation industry and strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite. They will act as a chief liaison and manage critical communications, ensuring operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry, preferably in dispatch or customer service.
• 1-2 years of experience working on-site at a customer location preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel); excellent data entry accuracy and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams.
• Work with suppliers to schedule pickup windows and transportation routes.
• Manage communications regarding missed appointments, shipment refusals, and scheduling conflicts.

Skills

Experience in supply chain or transportation
