Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule outbound loads and coordinate with sales and production.
• Verify shipping documents and record any discrepancies.
• Set up loads to be shipped by common carrier with outside freight companies.
• Ensure DOT regulations and company procedures are followed.
• Maintain documentation and records of incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Assist loading/unloading material when needed.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
• Respond to tracing and expedite orders as directed.
