Job summary

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher at all times; official transcript required each term.
• Part-time availability (20 hours/week) while classes are in session.
• U.S. citizenship; ITAR vetting and security clearances may apply.
• Must have completed sophomore year (60 credit hours) prior to first rotation.
• No visa sponsorship available; Winchester does not sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to support business and customer requirements.
• Help maintain shipment schedules and assist with transportation planning activities.
• Analyze logistics data and prepare reports related to shipping costs, carrier performance, and delivery metrics.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and service levels.
• Support special projects and other logistics-related assignments as needed.
