Job summary

Skyframe & Art is seeking a Logistics & Shipping Coordinator for our Hillside, NJ facility. This full-time, on-site role combines scheduling, shipping, and warehouse coordination to move artwork and finished orders efficiently.

You will work closely with production, sales, and drivers to ensure orders are ready, documented, and delivered on time, while communicating clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping, dispatch, warehouse coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and changing priorities.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Comfortable using computers, shipping platforms, spreadsheets, and order management software.
• Willingness to work both at a desk and on the warehouse floor.
• Experience handling artwork or fragile items is a plus.
• Familiarity with NYC and New Jersey delivery logistics is a plus.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate customer pickups, deliveries, and installations.
• Plan daily driver routes and communicate schedules, instructions, and changes.
• Confirm order readiness with production before scheduling shipments or deliveries.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and delivery paperwork.
• Coordinate parcel and freight shipments, including tracking and resolving delays.
• Communicate with customers about delivery windows, access requirements, and special instructions.
• Coordinate with the packing team to ensure fragile artwork and frames are protected and correctly labeled.
• Maintain accurate order statuses, tracking information, and proof of delivery.
• Help organize outgoing orders and keep the shipping area orderly.
• Address scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes with urgency and good judgment.

Skyframe & Art is a custom framing, fine art printing, and installation company serving galleries, interior designers, retailers, and private clients. We’re looking for an organized, dependable Logistics & Shipping Coordinator to help manage the movement of artwork and finished orders through our busy Hillside facility.

This is a hands‑on role combining scheduling, communication, shipping, and warehouse coordination. You’ll work closely with our production team, sales staff, and drivers to make sure orders are ready, properly documented, and delivered on time.
