Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in shipping, receiving, or logistics in manufacturing/warehouse.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience such as NAV.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Check in drivers, visitors, and contractors on arrival.
• Weigh and document inbound and outbound loads.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and communicate with internal departments.
• Prepare and verify Bills of Lading and shipment documents.
• Track trailer movements and update daily truck tracker.
• Maintain load reports in Excel and SharePoint.
• Send daily order and shipment updates to Quality, Accounting, Logistics.
• Scan and upload paperwork to the G-drive; process receivers in NAV.
• Schedule shipments and generate Freight POs.
• Confirm daily pickups with carriers and manage FedEx shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Provide coverage and update customers or carriers as needed.
