Job summary

Teknor Apex SC Plant in Fountain Inn, SC is seeking a detail‑oriented shipping/logistics coordinator to manage orders from planning to delivery. You will liaise with production, customer service, and carriers, providing freight costs and tracking shipments to ensure on‑time delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in transportation/shipping, strong clerical and MS Office skills, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Full‑time on‑site position with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years clerical experience preferred.
• 1-3 years transportation/shipping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping between production, sales, customer service, and carriers.
• Manage orders from planning through completion and track shipments.
• Provide freight costs and monitor inbound/outbound loads.
• Prepare and complete required shipping reports.
• Maintain shipping schedules and document detention.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with drivers and 3PLs.
