Job summary

Teknor Apex is seeking a Logistics/Shipping coordinator to join our team at the Fountain Inn site. You will coordinate shipping activities, communicate with production and customers, and manage freight arrangements to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years of clerical and shipping experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years clerical experience.
• 1–3 years transportation/shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• General office skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Daily coordination between shipping, production, sales, customer service, and carriers.
• Manage orders from planning through completion.
• Provide freight costs and track shipments as required.
• Prepare and complete required reports.
• Manage inbound/outbound load schedules and detention.
• Coordinate drivers and security guards.
