Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months verifiable customer service experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service assistance and handles incoming calls.
• Verifies information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or records.
• Sets daily delivery appointments and processes deliveries.
• Manages shipping and receiving duties and billing/invoicing tasks.
• Files paperwork daily and adheres to GMP and safety rules.
• Resolves shipping/receiving issues with internal staff.
