Job summary

TE Connectivity in Greensboro, NC seeks a Shipper/Receiver I to support daily distribution center operations. This role handles receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping tasks using SAP and a range of equipment.

The position is a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm–11:00pm). A High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a high-volume DC are required; forklift and material handling experience are highly valued. Safety and accuracy are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in high-volume distribution centers or logistic industry.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads trucks and interfaces with common carriers.
• Receives product into SAP using barcode scanners or computers.
• Puts product away in available space by area/zone using equipment.
• Picks products for customer orders and manufacturing orders.
• Prepares shipments with proper documentation and labeling.
• Complies with DC procedures to achieve accuracy and safety.
