Job summary

Craig Bachman Imports, Inc. is seeking Logistics Associates to process shipment and freight invoices, sales confirmations, and set up new shipments. They will track shipments from overseas to delivery and communicate with customers and vendors by email or phone.

The role requires strong data entry, Excel/Outlook skills, and careful data management in our system. Office and warehouse work occur in non-climate-controlled conditions with overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook; good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Process import and shipping invoices and confirmations.
• Track shipments from overseas to delivery; communicate with customers and vendors by phone or email.
• Prepare and process documents for customs clearance; coordinate with brokers and carriers.
