Job summary

ADM is seeking a Logistics Shift Supervisor at our Decatur, Illinois facility. This full-time, exempt role leads daily operations for safety, quality, and production across a rotating 12-hour schedule.

As a mentor to front-line operators, you will develop talent and coordinate with contractors and ADM colleagues to ensure training, resources, and safe practices are in place. The Decatur Complex employs thousands across six plants with a union workforce.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Ability to train and develop frontline operators.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of hourly production colleagues to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Provide resources and training to ensure tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
• Lead safety, GMP, and environmental compliance across the shift.
• Assign and manage tasks, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
