Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of excellent customer service experience.
• Reads, writes and speaks English fluently.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification.
• Flexible schedule including days/nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to meet department goals and manage labor costs.
• Supervise staff performance, including hiring, training, and coaching.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage inventory, equipment, and vehicles.
• Coordinate delivery drivers, routes, and shipments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for invoicing and reporting.
• Document incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to support business objectives.
