Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures and access-control policies.
• Screen individuals, vehicles, packages, and deliveries according to procedures; report findings to site contacts.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and maintain accurate records of screenings and incidents.
• Respond calmly to incidents following post orders and communicate with leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
