Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Distribution Center Entry Screener in Hagerstown, MD. You will monitor access points, screen personnel and packages, and report security concerns while delivering professional customer service.

This full-time role offers a pay rate of $17.46 per hour, a schedule from Monday to Sunday 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and benefits including retirement savings and basic health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following security procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles per access procedures.
• Monitor entry points and verify authorized access to support movement of people and goods.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols around the facility and perimeter.
