The Logistics Clerk coordinates inbound and outbound logistics at the site, tracks schedules, and updates the system to support warehouse operations and carrier communications. Key responsibilities include managing truck schedules, monitoring arrival/departure times, verifying BOL and pallet counts, and escalating delays or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of logistics/warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound truck schedules.
• Track arrival/departure times and monitor delays.
• Verify BOL, pallet counts, and material types.
• Communicate with warehouse teams, logistics, and carriers.
• Escalate issues such as delays, no-shows, and discrepancies.
