Job summary

Calgon Carbon | A Kuraray Company is seeking a Logistics Scheduler II to join the headquarters team in Moon Township, PA. The role focuses on 3rd party material coordination, order fulfillment, and developing S&OP plans to meet sales demand.

You will manage vendor purchase orders, monitor production schedules, and maintain master data accuracy to ensure timely deliveries. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Manage target and safety stock levels for assigned materials.
• Develop monthly S&OP plans for carbon materials.
• Maintain vendor purchase orders and production schedules.
• Monitor SAP MRP outputs and inventory data.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, and Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Target Stock and Safety stock levels for assigned materials and working capital targets.
• Develop monthly S&OP plans for assigned carbon materials.
• Identify potential vendor capacity/demand imbalance and report through the S&OP process.
• Maintain key internal interfaces with Procurement, Sales Directors, TSR and Product Management to obtain current demand information and manage demand and vendor capacity changes.
• Monitor purchase order status to demand requirements and maintain accurate dates in SAP.
