Job summary

Calgon Carbon, a Kuraray Company, is seeking a Logistics Scheduler II to develop S&OP plans, manage POs, and align production with demand. The role focuses on materials planning, inventory control, and coordinating with procurement, sales, and product management to ensure on-time delivery and optimal stock levels.

The position requires 2–3 years of planning experience, proficiency with SAP and Excel, and a bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university is required, Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 2-3 years of Planning and Scheduling experience using SAP and Excel-based systems is required
• Experience in core logistics operations – transportation, warehousing, & order fulfillment – is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly S&OP plans for assigned carbon materials
• Maintain vendor schedules and purchase orders using SAP MRP outputs
• Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy to meet demand
• Interface with Procurement, Sales, and Product Management for demand information
• Ensure timely execution of purchase orders and order fulfillment
• Support Logistics department functions and special projects
