Job summary

Calgon Carbon Corporation, a Kuraray Company, seeks a Logistics Scheduler II to manage S&OP plans, orders, and inventory for carbon materials. The role focuses on 3rd party materials, order fulfillment, and production scheduling to meet sales demand.

The position requires 2–3 years in planning/scheduling with SAP and Excel, plus knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Hybrid work is offered with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university is required, Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of Planning and Scheduling experience using SAP and Excel-based systems is required.
• Experience in core logistics operations – transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment – is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Target Stock and Safety stock levels for assigned materials and working capital targets.
• Develop monthly S&OP plans for assigned carbon materials.
• Maintain vendor capacity/demand balance and report through the S&OP process.
• Develop and execute vendor requisitions/purchase orders using SAP MRP outputs and historical data.
• Monitor PO status to meet demand requirements and maintain accurate dates in SAP.
