We combine QQR Transport's owned asset fleet, large fully vetted dedicated carrier pool, and 3PL brokerage capacity — giving shippers contract, dedicated, and surge spot capacity. QQR delivers unmatched disciplined execution, and one accountable, loyal team focused on service, security, and safety. QQR moves freight across North America — including cross border Canada and Mexico — for mission-critical supply chains in automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, aerospace, energy, and more. QQR’s core strengths are in the FTL verticals of dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, specialized flatbed, tanker and specialized petrochemicals, and gas transportation — and expedite shipping for customer critical shipments through expedited Sprinter van and Box trucks.

The compensation range shown for this position represents the floor and ceiling of base pay applicable to this geographic location. An individual candidate's placement within that range will be based on relevant work experience, demonstrated skills, and applicable education or professional training. This position may require periodic travel outside of standard business hours to attend company functions, visit client facilities, and engage with carrier partners for the purpose of capturing video content or photography for use in marketing materials. Candidates must be able to operate a computer, telephone, and related office equipment as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities. The typical work environment features an open-concept office setting with noise levels consistent with standard office activity. Employees should expect periodic interruptions during the course of the workday. The role primarily involves sustained periods of sitting, along with regular verbal communication and active listening.

What You Bring (Required)
High school diploma or GED (some college preferred) 2+ years of experience in logistic sales or operations (preferred FTL and OTR) Preferred, industry contacts or a current book of business Proven track record of consistent production Strong customer relationships with repeat freight Demonstrates skill of managing internal and external customer expectations Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment Experience using TMS and CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar a plus) Comprehensive benefits package Health, dental and vision coverage 401(k) with company match 3% Health and wellness discounts
