Job summary

Venchi in New York is seeking a Senior Logistics & Sales Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment across Retail, Wholesale and Ecommerce, splitting time between hands-on logistics and process improvement.

You will work with third-party logistics providers, manage KPIs like OTIF and inventory accuracy, and drive AI-enabled automation and reporting to improve service, speed, and cost performance while collaborating across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers and ERP systems.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment across channels.
• Coordinate daily warehouse and transport activities for timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, lot traceability and shelf life.
• Liaise with third-party providers and internal teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost control.
