Job summary

Burnham Holdings, Inc. in Lancaster, PA is hiring a Shipper & Receiver for a full-time, first-shift role. You will manage shipping-receiving orders, label and pack shipments, and operate forklifts and hand trucks under supervision.

Qualifications include a GED or high school diploma, valid driver's license, and experience with tools, measuring devices, and Microsoft Word/Outlook. Some overtime and Saturday work may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience
• Experience with shipping/receiving and inventory is a plus
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience operating forklifts/tow motors
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Experience with measuring tools and devices
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Take prepared orders from shipping office, label and package shipments for loading
• Follow shipping orders to ensure proper shipment
• Operate powered and hand trucks; company truck limited to Stake Body (no CDL)
• Store incoming/outgoing material safely and orderly
• Deliver materials to proper areas and rotate stock
• Check incoming material for condition/quantity and report discrepancies
• Package and crate products as required; build crates and skids
• Cycle counts with production control
• Perform related duties as needed
