Job summary

Synerfac Inc is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Bethlehem, PA to assist the maintenance department, inventory team, and parts room in maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely flow of MRO orders.

The role requires inspecting deliveries, documenting variances, and supporting outbound shipments. Proficiency in Excel/Outlook/Word and a high school diploma are required, with a 40+ hour work week and Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory transactions.
• Experience with warehouse processes and data entry in ERP/transport systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and inspect their condition. Verify item descriptions and quantities against purchase orders, packing slips, and other receiving documents. Document shortages, overages, incorrect items and damage.
• Provide backup support for outbound shipment scheduling, carrier communication and shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate ERP and transportation management system data, and organize receiving and shipping records.
• Support cycle counts and annual physical inventory while coordinating inbound delivery appointments.
