Job summary

M&M Manufacturing, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a skilled Receiving/Inventory Associate to manage inbound goods, verify condition, and enter data into the ERP system. You will load, unload, and move equipment using forklift or crane, ensuring accurate inventory and timely internal配送.

Responsibilities include organizing workflows, coordinating with Logistics and Supply Chain, and preparing documents for shipping and tracking.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or DVS.
• Experience: 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system.
• Forklift and overhead crane licenses.
• Strong sense of time, organization and urgency.
• Proficient English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Organize the team’s work to supply the production line.
• Ensure information availability for team members.
• Plan future work and prepare receiving/shipping documents.
• Process receiving in ERP system.
• Coordinate deliveries with Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Prepare transport documents and tracking as needed.
• Coordinate shipping and tracking of customer complaints.
