Volvo Group Greensboro, NC seeks a Logistics Preparation Manager to secure supplier readiness and onboarding for new spare parts. You will coordinate onboarding events, ensure delivery schedules, EDI compliance, and adherence to Volvo logistics standards, collaborating with Purchasing and Suppliers daily.

The role requires a BA/BS in Logistics, 2–5 years of experience, and strong English skills. This onsite position offers a robust benefits package and a focus on sustainable transport solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Logistics or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant logistics experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge in logistics and stock management, both practical and theoretical.
• Experience working in a global supply chain environment.
• Proficiency in English required.

Responsabilités

• Own inbound/outbound operational performance for SQDCEP metrics.
• Lead supplier readiness activities for new spare parts and suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and ensure adherence to delivery schedules and EDI requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Volvo logistics standards and PO confirmations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to secure supply chain reliability.
