Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Horn Lake, MS is seeking a Quality Manager of Operations to lead warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, shipping/receiving and inventory control, while driving safety and efficiency across the site.

You’ll hire, train and evaluate staff and partner with HR to maintain a high-performance team. This full-time role requires 5 years in supply chain or warehousing and 5 years of managerial experience, plus proficiency with MS Office and barcode scanners.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution.
• 5 years managerial/supervisory experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and personnel activities in the facility.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff with HR collaboration.
• Maintain work schedules and assignments.
• Ensure time and attendance is tracked and approved timely.
• Coordinate maintenance and equipment utilization.
• Maintain 7S Workplace Organization and safety procedures.
• Manage stock with staff coordination.
• Ensure compliance with contract metrics.
• Maintain high standards of operational efficiency.
• Implement quality management procedures across functions.
• Drive productivity, quality and safety in operations.
