Job summary

Yulista Holding, LLC is seeking a quality assurance professional to apply comprehensive technical knowledge to ensure QA protocols are fully implemented and executed. You will create quality measurements, lead testing activities, and develop QA standards across the company.

The role requires ability to read and interpret documents, write detailed reports, and communicate with management and external contacts. Lean Six Sigma exposure and government contracting familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or; High School Diploma or Equivalent with minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Previous government contracting experience managing a multi-million-dollar budget
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening; obtain a government security clearance

Responsibilities

• Create quality measurements to track improvement in product
• Execute quality improvement testing and activities
• Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
• Adhere to industry quality and safety standards
• Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
• Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
• Support customer required audits
• Evaluate root cause and corrective action responses
