Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Knowledge of physical security systems and network devices.
• Experience in purchasing and procurement is a plus.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds and work on ladders and lifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with basic tools and blueprint reading.
• Current and valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving and outbound distribution.
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant facility.
• Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and vehicle utilization.
• Collaborate with ops and back-office to procure materials and vehicles.
• Execute purchasing decisions with other departments.
• Manage the return goods (RMA) process and vendor credits.
• Address warehouse issues and document root causes.
• Occasionally deliver materials to job sites.
• Conduct scheduled physical inventories.
• Promote safety standards in operations.
• Provide light facilities support as needed.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
