Job summary

Frontage Laboratories seeks a Laboratory Application Specialist-Large Molecule to support GLP/GCLP studies at Exton, PA. You will help with sample handling, documentation, and data archival while coordinating with PIs to ensure progress from setup to completion.

A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences is required; 0–3 years in a regulated lab is preferred. Proficiency with SharePoint, Documentum, and LIMS is desirable alongside strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• 0–3 years in lab support, documentation, or records management.
• Familiarity with GxP, GLP, and regulatory documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory Operations Support: manage samples, labeling, prep, and storage.
• Study Coordination: assist PIs, compile data, maintain study records per SOPs.
• Documentation/Data Archival: ensure documents are reviewed, signed, and filed.
• Digital tools: support electronic uploads and metadata entry in LIMS or DMS.
• Process improvement: identify opportunities to improve workflows.
