Job summary

The Associate Program Director of Logistics in Moab, UT will expand OBUSA programs by building and guiding systems for leadership, budget, transportation, staffing, accommodation, gear and food. This role supports the strategic plan through inclusion, equity and safety, reporting to the Southwest Program Director and coordinating with the operations team.

The position requires a strong logistics background, staff development, vendor relations, and adherence to OBUSA policies and safety

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-site logistics teams.
• Ability to develop and implement logistics systems.
• Commitment to inclusion, equity, and safety in program operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics operations for the Southwest Program.
• Oversee vehicle, equipment, and food systems and inventory.
• Manage staff housing and on-site facilities.
• Develop vendor relations for transport, gear, and meals.
• Ensure compliance with OBUSA policies and safety standards.
