Youth Dynamics in Horseshoe Bend, ID, Plain, WA and Canby, OR seeks a full-time Operations Manager to develop, oversee, and supervise all aspects of Adventures Operations, including facilities, grounds, equipment, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Team meetings and develop, oversee, and supervise team members.
• Develop and manage Operations Team strategic plan and budget.
• Manage and maintain facilities, grounds, equipment and logistics.
• Actively participate on the local Management Team.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
