Job summary

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) seeks a Program Analyst to support USARCENT logistics operations, collecting and analyzing data, monitoring requirements, and preparing concise reports for leadership. You will identify trends and risks with government stakeholders and provide recommendations to improve readiness, efficiency, and decision-making.

Required: bachelor’s degree, five years of relevant experience, active Secret clearance, and strong MS Office skills with clear communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in program analysis and logistics operations or program support.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting program or logistics data.
• Ability to develop clear reports, briefings, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide program analysis and management support for USARCENT logistics operations, programs, and initiatives.
• Collect, validate, organize, and analyze logistics, operational, and program performance data.
• Track program requirements, milestones, deliverables, schedules, performance measures, and action items.
• Develop reports, presentations, briefings, dashboards, and other analytical products for government leadership.
• Identify logistics trends, performance gaps, risks, and emerging issues that may affect program execution.
