Job summary

Mashburn, an Atlanta-based apparel and lifestyle brand, is seeking an Associate Planner to join the planning and merchandising teams in Atlanta. You will conduct sales and inventory planning, receipt management, and ad hoc reporting, partnering across functions in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time and onsite at our Atlanta headquarters, focusing on replenishment planning, OTB execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive seasonal growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of retail planning experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis/reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Oracle, etc.).
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Can effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.

• Achieve annual DTC sales plans.

WHAT IS THE JOB?

Associate Planner works with the Mashburn planning and merchandising teams by conducting sales and inventory planning, receipt management, and ad hoc reporting by classification and season. This position is dynamic and fast-paced and requires forging trusted cross-functional partnerships. This position reports toa Plannerand is a full-time, non-exempt role based in Atlanta.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Develop men's and women's salesreplenishmentforecasts and inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels and maximize profitability
• Drive and execute monthly OTB planning with receipt management by category
• Generate and analyze reports on sales, inventory levels, and other key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate withmerchandising, production, and allocation teams to optimize product assortment, placement, and sell through strategies
• Achieve annual DTC sales plans

WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS?

• 2-3+ years of retail planning experience
