Qualifications

• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department personnel and communicate progress to management.
• Hire, train, and coach staff; coordinate schedules and discipline as needed.
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget and monitor expenses.
• Manage material documents and inventory accuracy for inbound/outbound logistics.
• Create and review SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide KPI data to management and drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate logistics issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, APHIS, OSHA, EPA, EU, JP regulations.
• Oversee logistic process steps to ensure safe and reliable outcomes.
