Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department personnel and communicate status to management.
• Hire, train and develop staff; coordinate schedules and discipline as needed.
• Manage departmental budget and monitor expenses; procure operating supplies.
• Oversee material management and ensure accurate documentation.
• Create and approve SOPs and forms to support compliance and change controls.
• Track KPI data and report trends to management with recommendations.
• Investigate production deviations and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, EPA and relevant regulations.
• Directly engage in logistics processes to ensure safe, compliant operations.
