Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Performance Engineer to maximize operational efficiency using defined metrics and Six Sigma approaches. You will improve performance for the company and its partners, document best practices, and train associates in standardized methods.

Responsibilities include layout reengineering, cost analysis, and development of monitoring tools. Strong collaboration and communication are essential for partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years’ process engineering experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN and 5S.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize operational efficiency using defined metrics and continuously improve performance for company and partners.
• Communicate with partners to handle escalated service issues or complaints.
• Develop standard of work and supervisor strategy; document methods and create a Client Book with training diagrams.
• Perform cost analysis and propose process improvements at client sites.
• Reengineer layouts to maximize efficiency and develop quality and production monitoring tools.
• Evaluate methods using Six Sigma tools to increase productivity and quality.
