Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, capacity, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement methods.
• Support process design, facility layout, process flow development, and equipment-needs assessments.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visual management tools to track operational performance.
