Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations Research with strong engineering redesign and cost-savings focus.
• Experience designing solutions in logistics/warehousing/manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting warehousing contracts with engineering expertise.
• Experience in packaging and/or innovation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Visio and project management software; strong Excel pivot tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives at the plant level.
• Develop and update headcount analysis tools (direct and indirect labor).
• Prepare engineering studies to reflect changing operational processes.
• Measure standard time and drive reductions in waste.
• Serve as main contact for capacity and standard time inquiries.
• Collaborate with Operations, Account Management, Facilities and Project Management to implement solutions.
