Job summary

TireHub is hiring a Logistics Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. You will load and unload tires, stage products for delivery, and maintain professional customer interactions while upholding safety standards.

Starting wage is $20.50/hour with guaranteed increases over the first year and a sign-on bonus. Shift includes Monday through Saturday with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general work experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history, with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 19 years old or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Repeatedly lift, push, and pull tires up to 50 lbs with or without mechanical assistance.
• Must maintain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks/box trucks/delivery vans).
• Follow TireHub safety standards for packing and palletizing orders and position them using the bin locator system.
• Operates forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks, ensuring safety protocols.
• Conducts cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control procedures.
• Collects payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
• Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good condition; performs daily pre/post-trip inspections.
• Completes driver and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Drives TireHub vehicles to deliver tires to customer locations.
