Job summary

TireHub, based in Oakland, CA, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to load/unload tires, stage goods for delivery, and maintain customer relations with safe driving practices. You will represent TireHub professionally and support daily warehouse operations.

Reporting to an Assistant TLC Leader, the role offers a starting wage of $24.15 per hour with guaranteed $2 increases over the first year, plus weekly pay, health coverage, a 401(k) with matching, and paid vacation/holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of general work experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving history with a valid license.
• Must be 19 years old or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift/move tires up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute tasks including general warehousing, delivery services, and vehicle maintenance.
• Load and unload tires, inspect, and tally for transport.
• Follow TireHub safety standards in packing, labeling and palletizing orders.
• Operate forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks safely.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory control, and logs for driver/vehicle maintenance.
• Assist with COD payments and ensure vehicles are clean and in good condition.
