Job summary

TireHub is hiring a Logistics Specialist to load/unload tires, coordinate deliveries, and support warehouse operations. You will drive TireHub vehicles, ensure safety and accuracy in orders, and maintain the equipment and logs required for daily dispatches.

Starting at $20.00 per hour with progression after 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year. Monday through Saturday shifts, with weekly pay and a suite of benefits including health insurance options and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general work experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history, with a valid driver's license.
• Must be 19 years old or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires (up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Distribution of tasks including general warehousing.
• Delivery services.
• Vehicle maintenance.
• Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks/box trucks/delivery vans).
• Follows TireHub safety standards with respect to packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders.
• Operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks.
• Conducts and participates in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control procedures.
• Collecting payments from customers on COD transactions.
• Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good condition.
• Conducts pre/post-trip vehicle inspections daily and reports issues.
• Completes maintenance logs and ensures compliance with TireHub policies.
• Participates in ongoing training and completes tasks as assigned.
