You will serve as a liaison between Atlas Logistics and direct-book customers, providing support and addressing inquiries to ensure competitive pricing and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and responsive customer service within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in transportation pricing, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations required.
• Familiarity with truckload, LTL, intermodal and warehouse project planning.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and operational data.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data analysis to ensure competitive pricing across transportation modes and warehouse projects.
• Support creation and organization of transportation pricing and project proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact between Atlas Logistics and direct book customers, providing responsive support and resolving inquiries.
