Job summary

Ascentt is seeking a Business Product Owner to own the roadmap, backlog and delivery for a data-driven logistics platform. You will translate logistics needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and lead stakeholder workshops and Agile ceremonies.

You will define and track KPIs, partner with data engineering to validate data, dashboards, and solutions, and present product decisions to executives.

Qualifications

5-8 years as Product Owner, Business Product Owner, or Product Manager.
Strong backlog management, prioritization, roadmap, and Agile/Scrum experience.
Strong SQL skills - joins, aggregations, window functions.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, and release planning.
Translate logistics business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead stakeholder workshops and Agile ceremonies.
Define and track product KPIs and success metrics.
Partner with data engineering teams to validate data, dashboards, and solutions.
Lead UAT, acceptance, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
Present product decisions and trade-offs to business and executive stakeholders.
