Responsibilities

• Follow weekly outbound shipment schedules and process orders on time.
• Coordinate with outbound team to ensure orders are billed within timeframe.
• Balance workload by meeting with Operations and adjusting schedules.
• Verify inventory status before placing orders.
• Review quantities before acceptance and approval of orders.
• Optimize order quantities to avoid over-purchasing.
• Aim to reduce spoilage by managing max days and max units.
• Incorporate promotional and fresh vendor cubes into outbound orders.
• Order promotional inventory following best practices.
• Coordinate with buyers on allocations and data changes.
• Maintain communication with internal and external customers.
• Handle special projects and maintain safety standards.
