medmix is seeking a Logistics Planner for a permanent onsite role in Flowery Branch, GA. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal material flow, collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics, strong MS Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP and MRP systems. You’ll contribute to cost-effective transportation, compliance, and continuous improvement in our global operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, transportation, or warehousing.
• Strong MS Excel experience.
• Knowledge of transportation and inventory management.
• SAP and MRP systems familiarity preferred.
• Effective communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to support demand and warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure orders ship on time and resolve delivery issues.
• Track transportation performance and provide KPI analyses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to optimize freight costs.
• Reconcile freight invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support GR/IR reconciliation and related processes.
• Maintain compliance with policies and documentation.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in logistics.
