You will collaborate with operations and partners to streamline processes across the Northern Cape region. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics planning, strong analytics, and proficiency with route planning software and TMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in logistics planning or transportation management.
• Strong understanding of logistics networks and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in route planning software and TMS.
• Excellent data-driven decision making.
• Hybrid on-site and remote planning and analysis.
• Knowledge of Northern Cape road network is a plus.
• Relevant qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize daily routes and schedules for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with internal fleet managers and external carriers to secure capacity and manage shipments.
• Monitor shipments, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze logistics data to identify efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations to ensure smooth loading and unloading.

Requirements
