Responsibilities

• Creates orders and shipments in the LMS using customer load information.
• Obtains pickup and delivery appointments via phone, email, or websites.
• Reschedules delivery and pickup appointments when needed.
• Verifies emails containing customer information changes.
• Ensures LMS data matches customer websites.
• Assists Customer and Carrier Sales with job tasks.
• Meets individual productivity goals.
• Performs routing, dispatch, and traffic duties as needed.
• Develops relationships with shipping/receiving locations.
• Supports team members and managers with related duties.
