Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a dispatch-focused professional to schedule and track customer shipments while managing fleet and safety programs. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, wash, repair and carrier facilities to ensure timely deliveries.

You will handle regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, and resolve issues impacting shipments in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in multi-compartment tanker transportation; concrete admixtures preferable, but not necessary.
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced customer environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, prioritizes, and manages customer orders & shipments.
• Oversees relationships with supplier, wash, repair, NPPC facilities, carrier, and render facilities.
• Initiates actions to resolve supply chain issues impacting customer shipments.
• Ensures deliveries and customer equipment comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains files and records as requested by customers.
