Qualifications

• Experience in the transportation or freight industry is required.
• Hands-on experience with Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight is strongly preferred.
• Experience in freight brokerage, freight coordination, carrier sales, dispatching, transportation operations, or logistics account management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage freight shipments, including FTL and LTL.
• Communicate with customers, shippers, receivers, and freight carriers to coordinate transportation needs.
• Negotiate freight rates with customers and carriers to support profitable operations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and transportation partners.
• Support account managers with daily freight operations, customer service, and business development.
