Brook & Whittle Ltd. is hiring a warehouse/shipping associate in the United States. You will read shipping orders, gather items, and move materials between receiving, storage, and production areas. You’ll operate a forklift, help prepare shipping docs, and maintain accurate inventory records.

The role demands physical stamina, accurate data entry, and teamwork. Overtime, weekend shifts, and safety adherence are expected responsibilities in this full‑time position.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift 20-30 pounds continuously, up to 70 pounds occasionally.
• Stand and move for the majority of the shift.
• Efficient use of computer.
• Communicate effectively over the telephone.
• Bend, stoop, squat, grasp and reach frequently.
• Meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Detail oriented with quality-driven work habits.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Work well with others and pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Reads shipping orders to determine items to be gathered, staged and assembled.
• Conveys materials from receiving area to production or storage.
• Sorts, places items on storage racks.
• Marks materials with identifying information.
• Operates forklift, hand trucks, or dolly to convey items.
• Safely loads and unloads trucks (after forklift training).
• Manage phase in/out of materials to minimize obsolete stock.
• Maintain cycle counts and reconcile results for accurate records.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pick-up.
• Prepare shipping documents and verify returns from customers.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments; maintain records.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
• Maintain cleanliness of dock and receiving area.
• Assist in training team members; uphold safety policies.
• Focus on Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Cost Reductions.
