Job summary

ODL is seeking a material handler to identify, transport, and store materials safely using lift trucks and documented procedures. You will unload and receive products, verify part numbers, and ensure accurate paperwork with scanners and computers.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, basic math, and proficiency with Oracle and MS Office Outlook. Candidates should have 2–3 years of forklift experience and be able to work First Shift in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two to three years of material handling/forklift experience required.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn Oracle, MS Office Outlook and scanning systems.
• Possess a liking of basic math skills and working knowledge of part numbers and products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize all responsibilities.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial lift truck to stage materials and unload trucks.
• Receive and put product away, verify part numbers and quantities, and complete documentation.
• Process trans-loads for inbound/outbound cross-dock and prepare orders for on-time shipment.
• Carry out safety checks on equipment and keep warehouse clean and orderly.
• Perform cycle counts as directed and comply with production/shipping schedules.
